The Boar's Head carol - Accordion

Not so well known these days; this old carol celebrates the pre-Christian Yuletide feast of a boar's head, complete with apple.  Later, the tradition transferred to the feast of St Stephen (Boxing Day).  Other versions of the song refer to other kinds of animals, indicating the flexibility of tradition.
