This is a three-part waltz with 4/4 introduction. Published around 1889, It was named for Prince Albert Victor, eldest son of the Prince and Princess of Wales, afterwards King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra. The prince died from influenza in 1892.
There is also a Treble stave + chords version, which is a bit more than a lead sheet.
